My name is Leona Hunt -Blagdon and I am a mother of 2 ( girls 26 & 31 and my baby girl is in her second year of a travelling nursing and my oldest daughter Ashley has to uproot her family to live in St John’s which is 9 hours away from their home so they can be close to the Janeway Hospital so my grandson who is 3 can receive his chemo treatments for Leukemia .
Here is a little background about how I got into Scentsy!!
After being diagnosed in December 2014 a few days before Christmas with Breast Cancer i walked around in a daze and couldn't believe this was happening to me. Trying to keep myself together and make christmas for my family was very hard to do.Thank God for my husband and daughters . They were there every step of the way with me...After having surgery and having some of my breast removed and then going away from my home for cancer treatments for a month i was a mess .I was badly burned from radiation treatments and i had no strength , no feeling on my left side where i had surgery ,couldnt tast nothing so i had no appetite and my pain was off the charts.The doctors told me
to rest and that i would not be doing nothing for the rest of the summer 2015.My daughters watched me each day and some of those days were hard for them to handle.Both of my girls love Scentsy and decided i needed to do something to keep my mind off my problems of what i was dealing with and too get mom out of the house., so they talked me into selling Scentsy. I had been to a party before and bought some stuff but never really bother much with it as i was always working and when i wasnt working i was volunteering my time to put our local community fair together.So i was always busy with
something. I fell in love with the fragrance the first minute i got my products and couldnt believe how wonderful my house smell from one cube of a scentsy bar. My life has changed so much in the past few months with my health and since that i've been with Scentsy. I've slowed down conparied too what i was able to get done each day as i have fatigue really bad .They say it will go in time.So in the mean time I've met some wonderful people, and people who even had breast cancer that i could talk to and relate too..I became a seasonal Camper at Klahanie Kamping out in Aylesford, NS.I traveled
around different parts of the valley with my daughters help to places i never thought i would get to see and go to lots of diffenent events and craft shows and best of all i can work when i want and rest when i need too and i'm able to stay at home this summer with my family and be my own boss and enjoy each day with them to make some great memories . There is no pressure or stress with this business. You are your own boss... So, here’s how you can enjoy Scentsy in your home as much as i do...
